The London Yoga Sangha was founded in 2025 to bring together like-minded practitioners and to facilitate meaningful in-person offerings for our London community.

More than a studio or a class, our Sangha represents a coming together of people who are ready to experience the transformative nature of these ancient traditions.

Our mission is to hold space for our community to experience meaningful, illuminating practices that emphasise mental clarity, spiritual depth, and appreciation for every body.

Move, Soften, Arrive — A Flow into Yin with Live Percussion & Sound Bath

An evening to move, soften and arrive — a flowing yoga practice meeting live percussion, closing with Yin and sound bath.

We'll begin with an energising flow to shake off the day, gradually slowing into deep yin holds where you can really land. Throughout the practice, live instrumentation weaves through the room, shifting the energy from movement into stillness. We close with a full sound bath — an immersive experience designed to settle the nervous system and leave you feeling genuinely restored.

What to expect:

  • 1.5 hours of guided movement and rest

  • Live percussion throughout, building to a closing sound bath

  • Suitable for all levels — no yoga experience necessary

  • Mats and props provided

Come as you are. Leave feeling different.

Percussion & Sound: Annie Mumford
